Levitt at the Falls is accepting applications for food vendors for the 2024 concert season. Interested vendors should complete and return the application by Thursday, March 7, 2024. Contact our operations manager with any questions.

What dates are available?

The 2024 season runs from May 31 – September 14. Concerts are held every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening with the exception of Thursday, 9/5 and Thursday, 9/12. Events run from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Vendors arrive for set-up at 5:00 p.m. Dates are assigned based on professionalism, availability, uniqueness of product, reasonable pricing, ability to provide customer within 5 minutes of ordering, minimal preparation time, and cleanliness.

What requirements are there for serving at the Levitt?

Vendors must appear on the approved Mobile Food Vendor/Peddler License with the City of Sioux Falls. Vendors must also carry liability insurance. There is a non-refundable $125 fee per night to serve on the lawn. 

What kind of vendors can be on the lawn?

Levitt at the Falls welcomes 3-4 food vendors at each concert event. Vendors are not allowed to sell out of tents; only trucks, trailers, or carts will be accepted. Trucks and trailers can be no larger than 30’ x 10’. Vendors are not allowed to sell or give away commercially packed beverages such as water, soda, beer, wine, or any other alcoholic beverages.
